Consent of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to the acquisition of control over Proma sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zawadzkie

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
With reference to current reports No. 13/2025 and 14/2025 of 19 August 2025, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 14 November 2025 it received that the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (“President of UOKiK”) had granted consent for a concentration consisting in the acquisition by Izostal S.A. with its registered office in Kolonowskie of control over Proma sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zawadzkie (“Transaction”).

Obtaining the consent of the President of UOKiK was one of the conditions for the implementation of the Transaction. The Company will announce the fulfilment of the next condition in a separate current report.
