Information on the selection of the most advantageous offer in the procedure organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the construction of the Kalisz-Sieradz gas pipeline

REPORT CONTENTS:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that on November 26, 2024 it received information made available on the Competitiveness Database Platform, that an offer with a value of PLN 218,140,500.00 gross (PLN 177,350,000 net) submitted by the Consortium of companies (Contractor) composed of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal SA (Participant 2), in the procedure organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) for the award of the contract entitled: "Construction of the Kalisz-Sieradz gas pipeline", (proceeding number: 2024/WJ00/WNP-047064/88/ZL), was selected as the most advantageous.

The specification of essential terms of the order provides for the construction of a DN 500 MOP 6.3 MPa gas pipeline with a length of approx. 62.10 km together with the accompanying infrastructure and a DN 500 MOP 8.4 MPa with a length of approx. 0.14 km together with a reduction station in Podzborów/Ceków-Kolonia, a reduction and measurement station Błaszki/Warta Błaszki/Warta, a shut-off and relief system Błaszki/Warta, a node of the Sieradz shut-off and relief system and the accompanying infrastructure within 25 months from the date of submission by the Ordering Party of information on the conclusion of the Co-financing Agreement.

The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
