Information on the submission of the most advantageous offer for the delivery of DN 1000 insulated steel pipes under a framework agreement concluded with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on June 26, 2018, after the opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. of the bids placed in a public offering procedure for the deliveries of insulated steel pipes for investment task - DN 1000 Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń gas pipeline - order 2 of length about 65 km, under the framework agreement which the Company informed about in current report 15/2015 of April 17, 2015, the company learned that the offer submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader in the following composition: Izostal S.A. and Stalprofil S.A.) of value PLN net 116.141 thou., amounting to PLN 142.854 thou., has turned out to be the most beneficial.

The Terms of Reference specify the period of performance of deliveries to be January 1, 2019 to July 30, 2019.

The Company will inform on receiving the official information on the selection of its offer as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
