Information on the submission of the most advantageous offer for the delivery of DN 700 insulated steel pipes under a framework agreement concluded with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on February 28, 2019, after the opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. of the bids placed in a public offering procedure for the deliveries of insulated steel pipes for investment task - DN 700 Poland - Lithuania order no. 2 Gas Pipeline with length of ca. 72 km, under the framework agreement which the Company informed about in current report 15/2015 of April 17, 2015, the company learned that the offer submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader in the following composition: Izostal S.A. and Stalprofil S.A.) of value PLN net 65,360 thou., amounting to PLN gross 80,393 thou., has turned out to be the most beneficial.

The Terms of Reference specify the period of performance of deliveries to be January 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020.

The Company will inform on receiving the official information on the selection of its offer as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
