Information on the submission of the most advantageous offer for the delivery of DN700 insulated steel pipes under a framework agreement concluded with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on May 19, 2020, after the opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. of the bids placed in a public offering procedure as a result of framework agreements for the deliveries of DN700 insulated steel pipes with length of ca. 63 km for investment task Gas Pipeline DN700 Poland - Lithuania southern section order 3 (procedure number: ZP/2020/04/0076/PI), under the framework agreement which the Company informed about in current report 24/2019 of August 16, 2019, the Company learned that the offer submitted by Izostal S.A. of value PLN net 45.9 million, amounting to PLN gross 56.5 million, has turned out to be the most beneficial.

The Terms of Reference specify the period of performance of deliveries to be October 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.

The Company will inform on receiving the official information on the selection of its offer as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
