IZOSTAL S.A., in accordance with Article 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, 04.05.2016) informs that:

       a)    In order to conclude or perform the contract - Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).

              -    access your data and receive a copy of it,
              -    require the rectification of personal data where the data are inaccurate or incomplete,
              -    delete the data where there are no grounds for further processing,

              -    object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes or on the basis of a specific situation,
              -    lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
6.    You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal; you also have the right to transfer the data.
7.    Your personal data will be retained for the entire term of the contract or, where the processing of personal data was based on consent, until such a consent is revoked. The data will be processed until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims.
8.    The provision of personal data is a prerequisite for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement.
9.    In case of refusal to provide personal data, IZOSTAL S.A. may refuse to conclude the contract.
