Mr. Henryk Orczykowski has performed the function of Supervisory Board President since May 2021.

Mr. Henryk Orczykowski has higher technical education (Częstochowa University of Technology) and completed postgraduate MBA management studies at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, as well as Harzburg-Kolleg at the University of Economics in Katowice. He also has a securities broker license as well as international certificates: PRINCE2 Foundation project management and M_o_R Foundation risk management.

Mr. Henryk Orczykowski has been associated with the steel industry from the beginning of his professional career.
From 1984, he was employed at Huta Katowice (currently ArcelorMittal Poland S.A.) from the position of a master, management process analyst, development strategy team manager, restructuring office manager, chief owner supervision specialist, to the restructuring and privatization director. In 2001, he was also the President of the Management Board of Huta Metali Nieżelaznych Szopienice S.A.
From 2002, Mr. Henryk Orczykowski was the Vice-President of the Management Board, director for consolidation and development, and from 2004 to 2006, the President of the Management Board of Stalexport Serwis Centrum S.A.
Mr. Henryk Orczykowski has been associated with STALPROFIL S.A. since 1991. First, he was a Member, Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for several years, then from 2006 to March 2021 he was the Vice-President of the Management Board, Development Director, responsible for supervising the implementation of the development strategy outlined for the Group, including supervision of the activities of entities forming the Capital Group STALPROFIL S.A., in particular on activities related to the implementation of contracts in the gas sector. Mr. Henryk Orczykowski has been the President of the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. since March 1, 2021.
Mr. Henryk Orczykowski also has many years of experience in performing supervisory activities in supervisory boards of private limited companies, including State Treasury companies. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dom Maklerski BDM in Bielsko Biała.

- since 1998 up to date worked in Stalprofil S.A. as Trade Department Technical Deputy Manager and Investments Department Manager of Stalprofil S.A.

Mr. Andrzej Baranek has also fulfilled duties of Supervisory Board member in Steel Works Repair Company FENIX-1 Sp z.o.o. in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

Mr Jacek Zub graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a degree in law. Since 1979, he has been employed at Huta Katowice, and since 1999, at Zakład Ochrony Środowiska Sp. z o.o. in Dąbrowa Górnicza - a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. He was the Chairman of the Inter-Enterprise Employee Trade Union of ArcelorMittal Dąbrowa Górnicza. He is a long-term member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A., and its Vice-Chairman since 2005.

Mr. Adam Szafraniec has performed the function of Supervisory Board Member since April 2021.

Mr. Adam Szafraniec has a higher education, he graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice with a specialization in Design and Construction of Mines. Moreover, Mr. Adam Szafraniec has a course completion diploma for candidates for members of supervisory boards in State Treasury companies.

Course of career:
The professional career of Mr. Adam Szafraniec is related to finance, with particular emphasis on the steel industry. Mr. Adam Szafraniec was professionally involved, among others, with Huta Katowice S.A., where he worked as a manager in the Division of the Financial Director. Then he was the President of the Management Board of several companies, including SPÓŁKA FINANSOWA S.A. in Katowice, dealing with financial activities on the metallurgical market, pre-financing exports, organizing and accounting for supplies of raw materials for production. In the years 2004-2007, Mr. Adam Szafraniec was the President of the Management Board - CEO of IZOSTAL S.A. As an individual entrepreneur, Mr. Adam Szafraniec also provides consulting services for enterprises, including in the field of investment projects.

Mr Janusz Mitura has a secondary education with a specialisation in repairing industrial machinery and equipment. He started his professional career in October 1994 at Huta Katowice (Katowice Steelworks), currently ArcelorMittal Poland S.A., branch in Dąbrowa Górnicza, at the Walcownia Półwyrobów Zgniatacz division, where he worked until its closure. In connection with the employment restructuring implemented at the time, he also worked at the Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Remontowych i Serwisowych REMIS Sp. z o.o., where he gained professional experience in multiple branches of Huta Katowice and Huta Cedler. After being re-incorporated into the structures of the Steelworks, he continued to work in maintenance services at Walcownia Duża; in 2013, he took the position of a planning specialist and became responsible for planning repairs in the area of mechanics at the entire Walcownia Duża plant.

He has been a member of the Inter-Enterprise Employee Trade Union of ArcelorMittal Dąbrowa Górnicza since 1995. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Trade Union’s Management Board, and since September 2022, he has been the Deputy Chairman and Treasurer.

Mr Mariusz Pietruszka has a secondary technical education in mechanical engineering. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of CBS Grupa Ubezpieczeniowa Sp. z o.o. based in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Maritex-2 Sp. z o.o. in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

He is the Deputy Chairman - Treasurer of the NSZZ Solidarność Inter-Enterprise Trade Union Organisation of ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. - Dąbrowa Górnicza.
