SUBJECT: Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of the Company Articles.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company having its session on September 3, 2015 adopted the consolidated text of the Articles enclosed with this current report.
The consolidated text of the Articles includes the amendment to §1 item 3 made on the basis of the resolution of the General Meeting of April 14, 2015 (of which the Company informed in its current report no. 12/2015 of April 14, 2015).

Content §1 item 3 of the Company Articles before the amendment:
“The Company is seated in Zawadzkie.”

Amended content of  §1 item 3 of the Company Articles:
“The Company is seated in Kolonowskie.”
