CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on June 20, 2012 the Supervisory Board of he Company agreed and adopted the consolidated text of the Company Articles, enclosed with this current report. Amendments are made to § 2 item 1 following an extension in the Company objects on the basis of the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of May 10, 2012. Enclosure: consolidated text of the Articles of Izostal S.A. Specific legal basis: §38 clause 1 item 2 letter b) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
