Adoption of a resolution by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. regarding payment of dividend for 2016.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On May 18th, 2017 the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. adopted a resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2016. The General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. accepted the proposal of the Management Board regarding distribution of the net profit for 2016 and allocated the amount of PLN 2,292,080.00 for dividend for the Company’s shareholders, which gives PLN 0.07 of dividend per each share. All the shares issued by the Company in the amount of 32,744,000 pieces will be covered by dividend. The General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. decided that the date for determining the right to receive a dividend should be August 16th, 2017, whereas payment of the dividend should take place on September 1st, 2017.

Specific legal basis: §38 clause 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
