Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A.

Legal basis: Art. 56 clause 1 item 2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs that on April 27, 2022 the Ordinary General Meeting of Izostal S.A. appointed Mr Mirosław Cerazy and Mr Mirosław Nowak as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, for the period until the end of the current term of office lasting in the financial years 2020-2024.

Mr Mirosław Cerazy has a higher education. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Upper Silesian College of Commerce in Katowice, majoring in Tourism and Recreation. Moreover, Mr Mirosław Cerazy has numerous trainings, certificates and licenses, among others in the scope of Integrated Management System, Microsoft Project, Repair Management of ArcelorMittal Poland.

Professional background:
From 1 July 1992 to 28 February 1993 as a locksmith-assembler at Dąbrowska Fabryka Obrabiarek.
From 1 March 1993 at Huta Katowice, and after its transformation (sale of shares by the State Treasury) at ArcelorMittal Poland, based in Dąbrowa Górnicza, in the following positions: locksmith, locksmith foreman, maintenance master, maintenance planning specialist in the Large Furnace Plant.

Mr Mirosław Cerazy does not conduct any activity competitive to Izostal S.A., does not participate in competitive company as a partner in civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a governing body of a private limited company, or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. He is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Mr Mirosław Nowak has a secondary technical education, graduated as occupational health and safety technician.

Professional background:
Since September 1983 employed at Kombinat Metalurgiczny Huta Katowice in Dąbrowa Górnicza, currently ArcelorMittal Poland S.A branch in Dąbrowa Górnicza as an operator, production engineer and rolling mill operator.
Since 2012, member of the Supervisory Board of Maritex-2 Spółka z o.o with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Since 2018, on the Supervisory Board of Consensus Company Spółka z o.o in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Deputy Chairman - secretary of the Inter-Works Trade Union Organisation NSZZ Solidarność ArcelorMittal Poland S.A - Dąbrowa Górnicza.

Mr Mirosław Nowak does not conduct any activity competitive to Izostal S.A., does not participate in competitive company as a partner in civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a governing body of a private limited company, or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. He is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws from 2018 item 757).
