Appointment of Supervisory Board members for the next term of office

Legal basis: Art. 56 Clause 1 Item 2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
Due to the expiry of the Supervisory Board's term of office, the Annual General Meeting of Izostal S.A. on April 25, 2025 adopted resolutions on appointing members of the Supervisory Board for the next five-year tenth term of office, lasting in the financial years 2025-2029, in the following composition:

1)    Andrzej Baranek,
2)    Janusz Mitura,
3)    Józef Myrczek,
4)    Henryk Orczykowski,
5)    Mariusz Pietruszka,
6)    Adam Szafraniec,
7)    Rafał Wiśniowski.

Their educational background, qualifications and previous positions held, together with a description of their career history, are included in the appendix to this report.

According to the information available to the Company, none of the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board is involved in a competitive business with respect to Izostal S.A., does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body. He is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
