SUBJECT:
Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK exceeded 5% of the general number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. ("Company") informs that on January 20, 2011 it was notified by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK (hereinafter referred to as "Aviva OFE") seated in Warszawa that:

1. as a result of the transaction of January 12, 2011 involving purchase of rights to shares of company Izostal S.A. seated in Zawadzkie ul.   Polna 3, as on January 17, 2011 Aviva OFE held 1.669.877 rights to Company shares which, following the possible conversion of rights to shares to shares, would give Aviva OFE 1.669,877 votes at the General Meeting i.e. 5.10% of the general number of votes;
2. prior to the settlement of this transaction, as on January 14, 2011, Aviva OFE held 1,573,000 rights to Company shares which, following the possible conversion of rights to shares to shares, would give Aviva OFE 1,573,000 votes at the General Meeting i.e. 4.80% of the general number of votes;
3. according to the Company, as on January 20, 2011 the date of purchasing Company shares arising from the fact of holding rights to shares is not yet known;
4. information obtained from the Company does not yet specify the expiry date of a financial instrument.
