CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
With reference to the current report no. 17/2011 of February 15, 2011 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on February 15, 2011 it received a notification from the Operating Department of the National Deposit of Securities with information on the foreseen registration of 12,000,000 Company shares, K series, under the code PLIZSTL00015, to be effected on February 16, 2011 in the National Deposit of Securities on the basis of the resolution no. 95/2011 of the Management Board of the National Deposit of Securities of February 7, 2011.  

Specific legal basis: §34 cl. 1 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259).
