SUBJECT: Concluding a significant agreement.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. (The Company) informs that on the 24th of May 2013 Izostal S.A concluded a contract for sales of pipes with IMPEXRUR S.A. seated in Sanok. As a result of the transaction, the total value of sales and purchase contracts concluded by the Company with IMPEXRUR S.A. since the 20th of December 2012 (current report n. 53/2012) exceeded 10% of equity of the Company and equaled net PLN 18,072  thousand.

Within the period stated, the transaction of the highest value was sales contract for drill pipes concluded by Izostal S.A. (Seller) with IMPEXRUR S.A. (Buyer) on the 24th of May 2013 worth EUR 1.476 thousands total, which equals net PLN 6.204 thousands, basing on the mean NBP exchange rate.

The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Seller no later than on the 31st of July 2013.

The concluded contract does not provide for penalty fees, its terms do not vary from the commonly applied.

All transactions concluded with IMPEXRUR S.A. stated above are deemed significant contract, because their value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
