SUBJECT: Concluding a significant agreement.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On December 2, 2013, Izostal S.A. entered into another agreement with Stalprofil S.A. seated in Dąbrowa Górnicza, upon which the total value of agreements concluded by Izostal S.A. with Stalprofil S.A. as well as with its subsidiaries, as from April 15, 2013 (current report no. 9/2013) exceeded 10% of Izostal S.A.’s equity and amounted for PLN net 16.175 thousand .

Within the period stated, the agreement of the highest value was sales contract for coated steel pipes entered into by Izostal (Seller) and ZRUG Zabrze S.A. (Buyer) amounting for PLN net 1.598 thousand.

The subject of the order was delivered by the Seller by November 30, 2013.
The concluded contract did not provide for contractual penalties, its terms do not vary from the typically applied.

All transactions concluded with Stalprofil S.A. and its subsidiaries stated above may be qualified as significant contracts, because their value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
