SUBJECT:
Concluding a significant agreement with Ferrum S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
Izostal S.A. (the Company) Management Board hereby informs that on 05.07.11 the Company (the Buyer) concluded another Purchasing Contract for the steel pipes with Ferrum SA, based in Katowice (the Seller).  In result of the transaction the total value of contracts concluded by the Company with Ferrum S.A., calculated from January 28, 2011 (current report No.10/2011) exceeded 10% of the Company Equity and totaled PLN 14,346,003.92 net.

In the reference period the highest value was contributed by the steel pipes purchasing transaction settled with Ferrum S.A. on March 1, 2011, to the amount of PLN 3,709,570.00 net.  The terms of the transaction do not provide for contractual penalties and do not deviate from the ones used commonly for this type of contracts.

The transactions concluded with Ferrum SA in the above mentioned period of time satisfy the criterion of a significant agreement, as their total value exceeds 10% of the Company Equity.

Specific legal basis: §5 Clause 1 Item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
