SUBJECT: Concluding a significant agreement with PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
Izostal S.A.  (The Company), on December 9, 2013 entered into another agreement with PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH seated in Vilnius - Lithuania. As a result of the transaction, the total value of sales and purchase agreements concluded by the Company with PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH within the last twelve months exceeded 10% of the Company’s equity and amounted for PLN net 16.627 thousand.
 
Within the period stated, the transaction of the highest value was sales contract for coated pipes entered by Izostal S.A. (Seller) and PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH (Buyer) on October 15, 2013, of total value EUR 2.075 thousand, which, as on the date of conclusion, equals net PLN 8.699 thousands, according to the mean NBP exchange rate.
 
The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Seller by January 15, 2014.
 
The concluded contract does not provide for contractual penalties, its terms do not vary from the typically applied.
 
All transactions concluded with PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH  stated above may be qualified as significant contracts, because their value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
