SUBJECT: Concluding an annex to credit agreement with mBank S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
With regard to the current report no. 55/2011 dated on December 2, 2011 and the current report no. 3/2013 dated on January 31, 2013 Izostal Management S.A. (the Company) informs that on January 28, 2014 it concluded with mBank S.A. seated in Warsaw an annex to the agreement no. 11/158/11/Z/VW concerning multi-currency overdraft in the current account of 10.000 thousand PLN.

Due to the accessory contract the deadline of benefiting from the credit is postponed form 30th of January 2014 to 2nd February 2015.

Other material terms of the agreement have not changed.

In connection with concluding of the annex the Company may continue using the credit in the current account for a year up to the total amount of 10.000 thousand PLN. The credit may be used in PLN or EUR currency. Credit collateral does not change and it constitutes registered pledge of merchandising stocks, materials used for production and finished products of coated steel pipes, in the amount of 6.000 thousand PLN (RB no. 45/2012 dated on August 31, 2012).

The Company has informed about credit agreement mentioned above (RB 55/2011 dated on December 2, 2011) as credit collateral is registered pledge, which value is higher than equivalent amount of 1.000.000 EUR expressed in PLN, thus it meets the criterion of significant values.

Specific legal basis: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
