Concluding an annex to Multi-purpose overdraft credit agreement entered into with Bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company), with reference to the current report no. 26/2013 of October 9, 2013 informs that on August 11, 2016 the Company concluded an annex to Multi-purpose overdraft credit agreement concluded with Bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. (Bank) seated in Warsaw for the amount of PLN 22,000 thousand.

As a result of the above mentioned, period of utilizing the overdraft is extended from September 8, 2016 to August 10, 2019.

Other material terms of the agreement have not changed.

There are no interrelations between Izostal S.A. and persons managing or supervising the Company and the Bank.
