Conclusion by Izostal S.A. a partial agreement for the supply of coated steel pipes DN700 for O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
In connection to the current report no. 3/2024 of January 29, 2024 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company, the Contractor) informs that on March 5, 2024 Izostal S.A. was informed about the partial contract’s with Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A. seated in Warsaw (the Orderer) being signed by the other party. The partial contract will be executed within the scope of a framework agreement of which the Company informed in its current report no. 24/2022 of September 30, 2022.

The subject of the Partial Agreement is the manufacture, sale and delivery of externally insulated and internally painted DN700 steel pipes for Part 1 of the investment task carried out by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. entitled: "Delivery of steel pipes for the purposes of constructing the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa Wężerów - Przewóz gas pipeline with associated infrastructure (proceedings divided into 4 parts)" with a length of approximately 16 km.

The maximum value of the Partial Contract will not exceed the amount of: PLN 31.9 million net, which is PLN 39.2 million gross. The indicated remuneration includes remuneration for the delivery of pipes and estimated remuneration related to the delivery tolerance amounting to 0/+1% of the quantity of the ordered assortment, as well as remuneration to cover additional costs of possible transport to alternative pipe delivery locations, constituting maximum 1% of the value of the delivered pipes.
The Contractor shall complete the Subject of the aforementioned Partial Contract within the period from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Detailed terms and conditions of the execution of the partial contract mentioned above, including the description of contractual penalties are specified in the framework contract, of which the Company informed in the current report no. 24/2022 of September 30, 2022.

The Management Board considers an agreement described as significant because of its high value. Implementation of the abovementioned agreement will affect the revenue growth of the Company.
