SUBJECT: Conclusion of a significant agreement.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On January 30, 2013 Izostal S.A. (Company, Purchaser) concluded the steel pipes purchase transaction with Stalprofil S.A. Company (Seller) of the net value about EUR 5.855.000, what, after converting according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the completion date, is about PLN 24.572.000 (net value).

The subject of the order will be delivered by the Seller until May 31, 2013.

No contractual penalties are anticipated in the concluded Contract and the terms and conditions of business do not diverge from commonly used conditions for the contracts of this type.

The steel pipes purchase transaction mentioned above meets the criterion of being a significant agreement as its value exceeds 10% of Company’s equity capital.

Total value of purchase/sale agreements concluded by Izostal S.A. with Stalprofil S.A. Company and with subsidiaries of Stalprofil S.A. from the date of August 31, 2012 (the current report no. 46/2012) is equal about PLN 44.040.000 (net value).

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
