CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on February 4, 2016 the Company concluded subsequent contracts with the company Stalprofil S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, as a result of which the total value of contracts concluded by Izostal S.A. with the company Stalprofil S.A., as well as with the subsidiaries of Stalprofil S.A. calculated from March 26, 2015 (current report no. 9/2015) has exceeded 10% of the equity capital of Izostal S.A. and amounted to PLN 16.395 thousand (net).
 
Within the covered period the highest value contract was the transaction concluded on May 29, 2015 of purchasing by Izostal S.A. (Orderer) from Stalprofil S.A. (Seller) of steel products, with a total value of PLN 560 thousand (net).

The subject of the order was delivered by the Seller on June 9, 2015.

The concluded contract does not provide for any contractual penalties, and the terms and conditions of the transaction do not differ from the terms and conditions commonly used for such contracts.
 
The transactions concluded with the company Stalprofil S.A. and its subsidiaries in the above-mentioned period meet the criteria of a significant agreement due to the fact that their total value exceeds 10% of the value of the Company’s equity capital.
 
Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
