SUBJECT: Conclusion of a significant agreement with ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that on November 19, 2012 the Company (Purchaser) concluded a steel pipes purchase transaction from ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. Company with registered office in Ostrava – Czech Republic (Seller). As a result of the transactions the total value of contracts concluded by the Company with ArcelorMittal group of companies from August 8, 2012 exceeded 10% of Company’s equity capital and was equal PLN 37.188.620,36 (net value).

During this period of time the Contract with the highest value was the steel pipes purchase transaction mentioned above concluded with ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. Company with registered office in Ostrava – Czech Republic Seller) on December 19, 2012. Its total value was equal EUR 3.927.537,50, which, after converting according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the completion date, is PLN 16.063.628,38 (net value).

The subject of the Contract will be delivered by the Seller from January 2013 to April 2013.
No contractual penalties are anticipated in the concluded Contract and the terms and conditions of business do not diverge from commonly used conditions for the contracts of this type.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
