Conclusion of an appendix to the revolving loan agreement with mBank S.A.

Legal basis: Art. 56 Clause 1 Item 2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information.
 
CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) with reference to the current report no. 45/2012 of August 31, 2012 informs that on June 30, 2016 the Company concluded with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw an annex to the agreement no. 11/086/12/Z/FR of a revolving loan agreement in the amount of PLN 10,000 thousand.
 
As a result of conclusion of the annex the period for use of the credit granted on August 30, 2016 is extended up to August 30, 2018.
 
The other significant terms and conditions of the granted credit remain unchanged.
 
The Company informed about the above-mentioned credit agreement (CR 45/2012 of August 31, 2012) due to the fact that the credit security is the registered pledge, the value of which is higher than the equivalent of the amount of EUR 1,000,000 expressed in PLN, and at the same time meets the criteria of significant value assets.
 
Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
