SUBJECT: Conclusion of annex to the Agreement on investment credit entered into with PKO BP S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs that on March 25, 2014 it learned about an overleaf signing by PKO BP S.A. seated in Warsaw (Bank) of an annex to the agreement on investment credit for an amount of PLN 26.000 thousand, granted for the purpose of construction of the Center for Anticorrosive Coating of Steel pipes.  

As a result of signing the annex, the credit security is altered by excluding standard joint mortgage in an amount of PLN 26.000 thousand and joint collateral mortgage of up to PLN 10.400 thousand on real developed estate located in Kolonewsk of general ledger number O1S/00040617/8 and on real developed estates located in Zawadzkie of general ledger numbers OP1S/00057525/8, OP1S/00041822/5, along with transfer of insurance policy rights of the above mentioned real estates.

As a result of signing the annex, a motion was submitted to the District Court in Strzelce Opolskie V Department of General Ledgers on exclusion of the stated mortgages from general ledgers numbered OP1S/00057525/8, OP1S/00041822/5, OP1S/00040617/8.

The annex signed provides that the basic credit security shall be bill of exchange, registered pledge on production line for internal coatings for pipes up to fi 1120 mm along with transfer of insurance policy rights.

Other material terms of the granted credit have not changed.
