Content of the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. on May 18th, 2017.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. provides attached the content of the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A., which took place on May 18th, 2017, together with provision of the voting results regarding each of the resolutions.
 
At the same time the Board of Izostal S.A. informs that due to the fact that the Resolution no. 13/2017 on a change of resolution no. 14/2015 of 14th April 2015 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Izostal S.A. in Zawadzkie concerning determining a number of members of the Supervisory Board of the VIII term was not adopted, the point 13 of the planned agenda on appointment of the Supervisory Board member of the VIII term was not considered.
 
In the course of the General Meeting of Shareholders none of the shareholders objected to the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
