CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
In line with §14 clause 3 of the Articles of Izostal S.A. (Company) and on the basis of Art. 395, Art. 399 § 1, Art. 402[1] and Art. 402[2] of the Commercial Companies Code (CCC) and § 38 clause 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended) The Management Board of Izostal S.A. hereby convenes the Annual General Meeting (General Meeting, Annual General Meeting or GM) to be held on May 18, 2017 in Dąbrowa Górnicza at ul. Roździeńskiego 11a, at 12:00.
