CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
Acting in accordance with § 14 Clause 3 of the Izostal SA Company Articles and on the basis of Art. 395, Art. 399 § 1, Art. 402[1] and Art. 402[2] of the Code of Commercial Companies (further referred to as "k.s.h"), and § 38 Clause 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, Item 259 as amended), Izostal S.A. Management Board hereby convenes the Annual General Meeting (further referred to as "General Meeting", "Annual General Meeting" or "GM"), which will be held on May 20, 2011 in Dąbrowa Górnicza at  ul. Roździeńskiego 11a, 12:00 h.
 
The announcement of Izostal S.A. Management Board on convening the General Meeting constitutes the Enclosure to the Report.
