Fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2011

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. ("Company") publishes fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2011:

1. Quarterly reports:
- quarterly report for Q 4 2010 - March 1, 2011.
- quarterly report for Q 1 2011 - May 16, 2011.
- quarterly report for Q 3 2011 - November 14, 2011.

2. Half-yearly report for the 1st half of 2011 - August 31, 2011.

3. Annual report for 2010 - April 29, 2011.

Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish the quarterly report for Q2 2011 as per the provision of art.  101 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.

Detailed legal basis: §103 clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
