Fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2013

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. ("Company”) announces fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Izostal S.A. in financial year 2013:

1. Yearly report for 2012 - April 21, 2013

2. Quarterly reports:

- quarterly report for Q1 of 2013 - May 13, 2013
- quarterly report for Q3 of 2013 - November 12, 2013

3. Half-yearly report for H1 of 2013 - August 28, 2013

Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 of 2013, as per provisions of art.  101 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.

The Company will not be publishing quarterly report for Q4of 2012 year, pursuant to adjustment of Article No. 102 (1) of the Regulation mentioned above.

Specific legal basis: § 103, clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
