Fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2017

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) announces fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Izostal S.A. in financial year 2017:
 
1. Yearly report for 2016 - March 21, 2017
2. Quarterly reports:
- quarterly report for Q1 of 2017 - May 24, 2017
- quarterly report for Q3 of 2017 - November 17, 2017
3. Half-yearly report for H1 of 2017 - September 01, 2017
 
Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q4 of 2016 and quarterly report for Q2 of 2017, as per provisions of art. 101 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.
 
Specific legal basis: § 103, clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
