Fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2018

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) announces fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Izostal S.A. in financial year 2018:
 
1. Yearly report for 2017 - March 20, 2018
2. Quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 of 2018 - May 24, 2018
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 of 2018 - November 22, 2018
3. Consolidated half-yearly report for H1 of 2018 including shortened half-year financial statement – August 30, 2018.

According to § 83 cl. 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
 
Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q4 of 2017 and consolidated quarterly report for Q2 of 2018, as per provisions of § 101 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.
 
Specific legal basis: § 103, clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
