Information about selection of the best offer.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs, that on October 28, 2016 was informed about selection by  Gaz-System S.A. Gas Transmission Lines Operator seated in Warsaw (the Orderer) of an offer submitted by the Consortium comprising of:
1. TESGAS SA, seated in Dabrowa, ul. Batorowska 9, 62-070 Dopiewo – Consortium Leader;
2. IZOSTAL S.A. seated in Kolonowskie, ul. Opolska 29, 47-113 Kolonowskie - Consortium
    Partner;
3. ZRUG Zabrze S.A., seated in Zabrze, ul. Magazynowa 6, 41-807 Zabrze –
    Consortium Partner;
4. FRIEDRICH VORWERK KG (GmbH & Co), seated in Tostedt, Niedersachsenstrasse 19-21,  
    D-21255 Tostedt, Germany - Consortium Partner;
as the best offer for the project: Execution of works for the investment task "Construction of the pipeline DN700 Hermanowice-Strachocina" Sign of the case: ZP/2015/05/0063/PI" (Order).

The value of the offer submitted by the Consortium is 154,000 thousand PLN net, which represents 189,420 thousand PLN gross. The Terms of Reference provides for the implementation orders within 26 months from the date of the contract.

On the conclusion of the agreement with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for the implementation of the task and the participation in its implementation the Company will inform in separate current report.
