Information on the death of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) with deep regret informs that yesterday in the evening it received information about the death from natural causes of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A. Mr Jerzy Bernhard. Mr Jerzy Bernhard was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A. since 2008.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the Supervisory Board continues to operate in the composition stipulated by the provisions of law and the Company's Statute.
