Information on the qualification of the tender of the Consortium composed of Izostal S.A. and Ferrum S.A. for the delivery of pipes and bends to PERN S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on 24 June 2020 PERN S.A. with its registered office in Płock (Ordering Party), informed about qualifying the tender submitted by the Consortium composed of Izostal S.A. (Member of the Consortium) and Ferrum S.A. (Leader of the Consortium) to carry out the task including "Delivery and storage of brand new pipes and bends for the purpose of constructing the product pipeline between Boronów and Trzebinia".

The value of the tender submitted by the Consortium including obligatory deliveries and storage as well as optional deliveries and storage (for a period of up to 24 months from the date of selected deliveries) amounts to approximately PLN 34.33 million net, which is PLN 42.23 million gross.

According to the submitted tender, deliveries will be made by March 2021. The consortium will provide a quality guarantee for a period of 48 months. The security for the task during the delivery period will be a guarantee provided by the Consortium amounting to 10% of the net value of obligatory deliveries.  

The Company will inform about the conclusion of an agreement with the Ordering Party for the task in question in a separate current report.
