SUBJECT: Notification received from an insider.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) notifies on the receipt from the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A. seated in Zawadzkie, Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak, having access to confidential information as an insider in the meaning of Art.  160 clause 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act of July 29, 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 183, item 1538) of the information note prepared in line with the procedure of § 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of November 15, 2005 on transferring and sharing information on certain transactions on financial instruments and principles of preparing and maintaining a list of insiders having access to specific confidential information (Ordinance).

In said notification Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak informed on the transaction concluded by him in 2011 involving the purchase of the Rights to Shares, series K, of Izostal S.A., the value of which did not exceed the threshold of EUR 5,000 indicated in the Ordinance.

With regard to the above, Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak informed the Company about the purchase on January 4, 2011 of 3,489 Rights to Shares, series K, of Izostal S.A. at the issue price of PLN 5.50 under the public offering of the Company.
