SUBJECT:
Registration with KDPW of 12,000,000 (twelve million) of ordinary bearer shares, K series, of the company Izostal S.A. and marking them with the code  PLIZSTL00015.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) on February 8, 2011 got informed on the resolution no. 95/11  adopted by the Board of the National Deposit of Securities (KDPW) on February 7, 2011, with the content as follows:

§1

1. On the basis of § 40 cl. 2 and § 2 cl. 1 and 4 of the Regulations of the National Deposit of Securities, after the examination of the motion of IZOSTAL S.A., the Management Board of the National Deposit decides to register with the National Deposit of Securities 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer shares, K series, of IZOSTAL S.A. of the face value of PLN 2 (two zlotys) each and mark them with the code PLIZSTL00015, provided that the company managing the regulated market decided to introduce the shares for trading in the same regulated market, into which other shares of this company, marked with the code PLIZSTL00015,  have been introduced, subject to cl. 2.
2. Registration of the shares indicated in cl.  1 with the National Deposit of Securities shall take place within 3 days from the date on which the National Deposit receives the decision mentioned in cl. 1, yet no earlier than on the date indicated in the decision as the day of of introducing these shares for trading in the regulated market.

§2

Information on the registration of the shares mentioned in § 1 cl. 1 under the code PLIZSTL00015 will be communicated in the form of the announcement by the National Deposit.

§3

The resolution shall enter into force on the day it is adopted.

Specific legal basis: §34 cl. 1 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
