Request of the Management Board of Izostal S.A. with a proposal of payment of dividend for 2016

Legal basis: Art. 56 Clause 1 Item 2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information.
 
CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) adopted a resolution on 20.03.2017 on making a request to the General Meeting of Shareholders with a proposal of distribution of the net profit earned in 2016, including the proposal of payment of the dividend for the Company’s shareholders. The Management Board of Izostal S.A. suggests to allocate the amount of PLN 2,292,080.00 for dividend for the Company’s shareholders, which gives PLN 0.07 of dividend per each share. The proposal includes covering by dividend of all the shares issued by the Company in the number of 32,744,000 pieces. The Management Board of Izostal S.A. suggests to the General Meeting of Shareholders that the date for determining the right to receive a dividend should be specified as at August 16th, 2017, whereas the date for payment of the dividend as at September 1st, 2017.

Specific legal basis: §38 clause 1 item 11 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
