Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs that on 9 October 2018 the Company received a statement from Mr. Jan Chebda of resignation from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A. as of 15 November 2018. Mr. Jan Chebda currently performs duties of a Secretary of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Jan Chebda did not state reasons for his decision on the resignation.

Specific legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
