CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. ("Company") informs that on February 21, 2011 it was informed about the resignation of Mr. Władysław Mrzygłód from the function of the Management Board President, effective from February 21, 2011, reasons for the resignation were not specified.

Following the resignation of Mr. Władysław Mrzygłód, the Company's Management Board has two members which is in line with the Company's Articles.
