SUBJECT: Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member.

REPORT CONTENT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on 07.05.2013 it received a notification on resignation from performing duties of a Member of the Supervisory Board from Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak, effective on the date of the Annual General Meeting of Izostal S.A. No reason for the decision was stated.

Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak currently performs duties of a Vice-President of the Supervisory Board and a Secretary of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A.

Specific legal basis: §5 clause 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
