SUBJECT:
Selection of authorized body for auditing financial statements.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management of Izostal S.A. (The Company) informs that on the 5th of June 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company, in line with para 12 point 2 subpoint g) of the Company Articles, adopted a resolution on the selection of auditing company Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek Sp. z.o.o. seated in Katowice at Konduktorska 33 (listed in the register of authorized entities for auditing financial statements under number 1695) for:

• auditing the annual financial statements for years 2013-2015 drawn up in line with MSR/MSSF
• reviewing the biannual financial statements for years 2013-2015 drawn up in line with MSR/MSSF

The selection was made by the Supervisory Board in accordance with all corresponding laws and practices.
The contract with the selected entity was concluded for a three-year term.

The Company was using the services of the aforementioned entity in terms of auditing and reviewing financial statements for years 2005-2012 and in terms of examining past financial data and forecasts for the purpose of drawing up a prospectus.

Specific legal basis: §5 Clause 1 Item 19 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259).
