Selection of authorized body for auditing financial statements.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A (Company) informs that on 17 March 2016 the Company’s Supervisory Board, according to § 12 point 2 subpoint g) of the Articles of Association of the Company, adopted a resolution regarding the choice of audit firm: Kancelaria Porad Finansowo - Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Katowice at Konduktorska 33 (registered in the list of entitled entities to audit the financial statements under no. 1695) to:
•    audit the Company’s annual financial reports, drawn under IAS/IFRS, for the financial years 2016 - 2018,
•    review - under IAS/IFRS - the Company’s semi-annual financial reports for the years 2016 - 2018.
The Supervisory Board made a decision in accordance with valid regulations and standards.
The contract with the selected entity shall be concluded for three years.
The Company employed the above business entity in the previous years, to audit and review financial reports for the years 2005 - 2015 and to audit historical financial information and forecasts for drawing the issue prospectus.

Specific legal basis: § 5 clause 1 item 19 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
