SUBJECT: Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favorable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN 700 to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On November 9, 2012 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) was informed about the selection by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. seated in Warsaw (Customer) of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favorable one in the public procurement tender for the deliveries of coated steel pipes DN 700 for the construction of the Szczecin -  Lwówek gas pipeline, Stage 2 Gorzów Wielkopolski - Lwówek.
 
Total net value of the aforesaid bid submitted by the Company is PLN 54.343.465,00, which is PLN 66.842.461,95 gross. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries of coated steel pipes from February 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013.
 
The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A.
