SUBJECT: Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favorable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN 800 to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On June 4, 2012 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) was informed about the selection by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. seated in Warsaw (Customer) of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favorable one in the public procurement tender for the deliveries of coated steel pipes DN 800 for the construction of the Świnoujście-Szczecin gas pipeline.

Total net value of the aforesaid bid submitted by the Company is PLN 10,736,020.73 PLN, which is translates into a gross value of PLN 13,205,305.50. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries of coated steel pipes within 4 months from the date of signing the contract.

The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A.
