SUBJECT: Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favourable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN 300 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

 

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:

On September 15th, 2014 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) was informed about the selection by Operator Gazociagow Przesylowych Gaz-System S.A. seated in Wroclaw (Orderer), of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most favourable one in the public procurement tender named „Supply of coated pipes DN 300 for construction of gas pipeline DN 300 Polkowice - Zary together with obtaining of taking-over certificate of type 3.2 according to PN-EN 10204 or equivalent”.

 

Total net value of the aforesaid bid submitted by the Company is PLN 20,785 thousand, which constitutes PLN 25,565 thousand gross. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries of coated steel pipes within 12 months from the day of concluding the agreement.

 

The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A.
