Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium leader) as the most favorable bid for the supply of steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On September 1, 2011  the Management Board of IZOSTAL S.A. (Company) got the information on its offer (as the consortium leader) being selected by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. seated in Warsaw (Customer) as the most favorable bid in the public procurement procedure for the supply of coated steel pipes for investment projects executed by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - pipelines Rembelszczyzna-Gustorzyn, Gustorzyn-Odolanów. The value of the Company's bid is PLN 88,457,500.00 (net). The term sheet provides for the supply of coated steel pipes from November 7, 2011 to May 10, 2012.

The Company will provide information on the conclusion of the contract for said project with OGP Gaz-System S.A. in a separate current report. The contract in question will be a partial contract within the framework contract, about which the company informed in the current report no.  9/2011.
