Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) as the most favourable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN 1000 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On April 29, 2016 the Management of Izostal S.A. (the Company, the Contractor) has learned on the selection by the Gaz-System S.A. Gas Transmission Lines Operator seated in Warsaw (the Orderer) of an offer submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader comprising of: Izostal S.A. and Stalprofil S.A.) as the most beneficial in a public offering procedure resulting from framework contracts concluded for supplying coated steel pipes for the investment task performed by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. – DN 1000 Lwówek - Odolanów Gas Pipeline – order number 2 with length of ca. 57 km.
Total net value of the aforesaid bid submitted by the Company is PLN 100.655 thousand, which constitutes PLN 123.806 thousand gross. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries in the period from 1 October 2016 to 28 May 2017.
 
The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A.

Said contract will be a partial one under the framework contract of which the Company informed in its current report no. 15/2015 of April 17, 2015.
