Selection of the bid submitted by the Company Izostal S.A., as the most advantageous one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN700 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
With reference to current report no. 8/2020 of May 19, 2020, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) hereby informs that on May 27, 2020 it learned that Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (Contracting Authority) selected the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most advantageous one in the public procurement procedure as a result of concluded framework contracts for the supply of coated steel pipes DN700 with length of ca. 63 km for investment task Gas Pipeline DN700 Poland - Lithuania southern section order 3.

The net value of the bid submitted by the Company is PLN 45.9 million, which is PLN 56.5 million gross.

The Terms of Reference provide for deliveries to be made between October 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021.

The Company will inform about concluding the contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the project in question in a separate current report.
 
The subject contract will constitute a Partial Contract under the concluded Framework Contract, of which the Company informed in current report no. 24/2019 of August 16, 2019.
